This screen shows you the targeted notices for you, which are published by your institute. The notices are filtered according to your class. i.e. you will only see the notices which are releant to your class or which are common for all. So your personalized notice board will not be a mess of all the notices. It's also referred as Virtual Notice Board.

When the new notice is published, you will receive a notification on your phone. Thus, you will get a real time updates about your institute.
